As part of our third-party compliance audit service, we perform a thorough assessment of a randomly selected group of your patients’ charts. We’ll evaluate your existing processes and infrastructure to formulate an actionable remediation plan for your practice.

Implementation
Audit Findings
Once the audit is complete, usually within a week, you will be presented with a confidential, comprehensive report detailing the findings along with recommendations. Further education with a live instructor is also available for you and your staff if you wish.
